She began studying piano with Professor Elena Richter at the Moscow Conservatory at the age of five, and switched to the harp at the age of nine.
At the age of 11, she enrolled in the harp department of the Moscow City Gnessin Secondary School of Music, where she studied under Professor Milda Agazalyan, a leading figure in Russian harp education. In 1999, she enrolled in the harp department of the Royal Conservatory of Brussels in Belgium, where she studied under Professor Susanna Mildonian, one of the world's most famous harpists. She returned to Japan in 2003 and has performed with orchestras such as the Mariinsky Theatre Orchestra, the Russian National Orchestra, Musica Aeterna, and the Kyiv National Philharmonic Orchestra. Since 2010, she has regularly participated in the Moscow International Harp Festival. In 2019, she was invited to perform at the Mariinsky International Harp Festival. As the only harpist in Japan to have received full-fledged Russian harp education, she possesses a large repertoire of Russian harp music.

il Suono (イルスオーノ) is,
The name means "sound" or "that sound" in Italian. This trio ensemble team was started in 2020 by flutist Shizu Tanaka, violinist Tae Koshitaka, and pianist Sonoko Komatsu. Their goal is to explore beautiful sounds connected to the universe and create music that can give people hope, courage, and the strength to live. As exclusive artists for a music NPO headquartered in New York, they continue to perform concerts throughout Japan, receiving a great response.
