il Suono
il Suono means "sound" or "that sound" in Italian. This trio ensemble team was started in 2020 by flutist Shizu Tanaka , violinist Tae Koshitaka , and pianist Sonoko Komatsu. Their aim is to explore beautiful sounds connected to the universe and to create music that can give people hope, courage, and the strength to live. They are well-known for arranging a wide range of genres from Baroque to jazz and creating an orchestral sound with piano, violin, and flute. Their "Joint Concerts with Song and Instruments" series, which they provide for various regions, was held in June 2025 at the Shibata Learning Center in Niigata Prefecture and in August at The Hirosawa City Hall in Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture, and was well-received.
In October of the same year , she performed with Seiko Hatano at a soprano recital at the Ginza Oji Hall, receiving high praise . As an exclusive artist for a music non-profit organization headquartered in New York, she continues to perform concerts throughout Japan.

I live in New York. I moved to the US at the age of 7.
She graduated from Bryn Mawr College in the United States with top marks for her creation and presentation of "Hula Ballet," a fusion of ballet and hula dance, while majoring in Independent Dance . She began classical ballet at the age of 6, and after moving to the United States, she studied ballet and tap dance under Michel Ribre in New York . In 2014, she participated in the SIBA Salzburg Ballet Academy in Austria, where she received instruction from Idiko Ponger, former artistic director of the Hungarian National Ballet. She also studied under Michiyo Nakagawa, a Vaganova method educator. Her works include HAPA ( 2017 ) and Ha'aheo ( 2018) .
She has performed with Hawaiian artists such as Amy Hanaiali'i ( 2019 ) at their Tokyo concerts.
Since 2023 , she has been staging her own original story themed around fairies, "Fairy Forest Festival," and has been involved in the planning, production , and direction of new forms of entertainment that fuse hula ballet, classical music, illustration, and painting , while continuing to perform as a lead dancer.
Sayorihime-no-Mikoto, the goddess of music and performing arts enshrined at Tenkawa Daibenzaiten Shrine, one of Japan's three major Benzaiten shrines located in southern Nara, and Yoshida Sajun, who shares the same name, will perform a dance at Hatano Seiko's Nara concert.
